_Skills:

• _2+ years experience preferably in an agency
• _Adobe Suite
• _CSS 2.0, CSS 3.0 is merited
• _HTML, HTML 5.0 is merited
• _Flash/Action Script, animation principles
• _Mac & PC Platforms
• _Self-motivated and self-managing and able to work independently
• _Comfortable working with tight deadlines and multiple projects in parallel

_Responsibilities: 

• _Responsible for content layouts, pixel perfect visual experiences and usability design
• _Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
• _Designing interactive page layouts; photo retouching and enhancements
• _Integrating Javascript libraries such as Jquery, Prototype or similar
• _Cross Browser Optimization
• _Hand Coding XHTML & CSS pages
